What do DokiBoxes contain?
DokiBoxes contain anime figures, anime merch items (including but not limited to keychains, stickers and art cards), anime-themed snacks, as well as snacks from the Japanese market. The figures and merch items are randomly chosen from your fandom! We also offer single purchase Dokiboxes - these are great as gifts, or to try out Dokibox before you subscribe.
Can I change my fandom?
You are able to change the fandom of your DokiBox anytime. Just get in touch via the 'Contact' form and let us know what fandom you'd like to switch to. Make sure to change your fandom before the last day of the month, so that we can ship your updated DokiBox!
Do you ship internationally?
We ship globally except in cases where there are unforeseen restrictions or costs. In this case we will contact you about your order. We do not cover any costs beyond shipment. Custom duties and taxes (and VAT for EU customers) are applied at checkout.
When will I receive my box?
We aim to ship our boxes on the 3rd week of the prior month. For example, the February box will ship out on the 3rd week of January. Delivery times are approximately between 1-3 weeks depending on your location (we ship from New Zealand). If there are shipping delays we endeavor to keep you informed.
I just subscribed, which month DokiBox will I receive ?
You will receive the subsequent month's DokiBox, recurring every month after. For example, if you subscribed in June you will receive your first DokiBox in July and every month after. We aim to ship a given month's box in the prior month's 3rd week, but if you subscribe after this, don't worry we will aim to ship your box out ASAP!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription by logging in and heading to the 'Subscription' tab in your profile. Make sure you cancel before the next recurring payment if you don't want next month's DokiBox!
When will I get charged for my subscription?
You will be charged the day you subscribe and the same day of the month every subsequent month after.
Will you offer more fandoms in the future and which ones?
We will be offering more fandoms in the future as we grow. These fandoms will be decided by you! Head to the Fandom voting page to vote for what you'd like us to stock in the future. Currently we stock: One Piece, Frieren and Pokemon.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
After a Dokibox is shipped out all payments made are final and non-refundable. Please make sure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Under circumstances where items have been damaged during shipping we are able to send a replacement - please get in touch via the Contact form.
