By visiting, purchasing from, or using the DokiBox website (“site”) you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Website Use

Our boxes ship with registration and limited tracking. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location.
As the recipient, you are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country. For customers in the EU, VAT will be added at checkout.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages may be returned to us. We’re happy to reship once at no extra charge.

Because our boxes are curated monthly and contain consumables and collectibles, we do not accept returns once a box has shipped.
If you experience an issue with your box (e.g., damaged or missing items), please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date with a description and photos so we can resolve it.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss for all items passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. That means once the box is shipped, we are no longer liable for delays or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will work with you on replacements for valid claims made within 30 days.
